Edelweiss is a Lodge and Resort mostly for military families. It's a GREAT family vacation spot and it's about 3 hours south of where we live in Germany. We took a trip there for Cody's last weekend in Germany. We LOVED it. The lodge is really nice with restaurants inside and the rooms were pretty nice, too. Our favorite part was biking along the mountainside with the babies. Carrying an extra 30 pounds of baby on the back of our bikes was challenging, but a good workout! The scenery was AMAZINGLY GORGEOUS. I can honestly say that Garmisch, Germany is the most beautiful city that I have seen in my life! Endless green mountains and waterfalls, beautiful skies and lush land.
