Jason was able to come to town for Christmas.. just in time for us to move into our new house! Except before we moved into it with all of our things, Jason had a goal to redo the floors along with paint. He was planning to do them himself! I know he wants to be a handyman and work on his house on his own, so I gave him a lot of credit. I was nervous for him to attempt to put in laminate himself and not have it professionally done. He's never done that before! So forgive me if I was nervous/reluctant/not wanting him to try it out on my house!
When he got here, we ordered the laminate and big stacks of it were delivered and it was up to Jason to figure it out. With help from his dad along with his dad's many saws and tools, they were able to do it! It was amazing-- the first official day of working on the house, a handful of Jason's friends met at our house to help pull up the floors, carpet, and paint. It was an unbelievable blessing. They helped so much that first day.
The continuing days, his dad was over a lot as well as Jason's good friend, Matt, who came over multiple times after work and on his days off. He even helped us move furniture come time. Amazing friends.
