Zumba Zumba!

I went to Japan to get ZUMBA certified. What is ZUMBA? You might ask? It's the latest dance-fitness craze that is fun latin-inspired dancing mixed with fitness. It's so much fun and you don't realize you're working out and burning so many calories because you're just dancing and moving to high energy music.

I had the opportunity to learn from one of the best instructors, Madalene Aponte. She is AWESOME and so inspirational. She's high-energy, intense, involved in the audience, exaggerates every move and emotion, and she makes every single person in the crowd want to work harder so they can look like she does! She taught me (us)the ins and outs of Zumba. I only hope one day that I can make my Zumba classes as much of a party as she does.

The hotel I stayed in.

The Master class. It was pretty intense!
