This was our second trip to Edelweiss Lodge and Resort. This time we went for a Marriage Retreat sponsored by the post chapel. We got rained out the whole time! We were so bummed. We really wanted to rent bikes and ride into downtown and do some window shopping. So for that weekend, we just spent it inside the hotel going to the marriage seminar, walking around post at the PX, and we were even able to drop the babies off at childcare for a few hours each day. The babies LOVED the child development center. They had a lot of fun playing with their friends and having mommy-away-time.
